Maestro
Guitars Partnership
Program
What
is Maestro Guitars Partnership Program?
It is a special collaboration between Maestro Guitars Singapore
and you in your country or market of influence. Under this collaboration,
the 2 companies will come together to form a subsidiary/partnership
company in the country, this company will have the full rights to
distribute, retail and market Maestro Guitars in the market of the
partner.
Other than Maestro Guitars, the partner can also gain access to
the full range of guitars and guitar accessories which MY MUSIC
SG distributes in Singapore. The subsidiary would be viewed upon
as a separate legal entity from Maestro Guitars Singapore and will
be non-restrictive to other brands which the subsidiary company
can distribute/retail as subjected to both partners’ approval.
What
can Maestro Guitars provide?
We had already established 3 retail stores and strong dealership
network in Singapore with different concepts for each store and
we are ready to share our method of running the store, inventory
control, store design, staff training and many other ideas for cost
control as well as supplies sharing. We aim to bring down the cost
and minimize startup problems with new outlets, bring the store
to breakeven point in the shortest possible time and maximize profitability
as well as sustainability in the long run. In short, we want to
realize your dreams of owning a pro-guitar business and minimizing
your business risk!

ADDITIONAL ESTIMATED EXPENDITURES:
3 months’ operating expenses: S$30,000 (estimate)
You
will need additional funds to support on-going expenses, such as
payroll and utilities, to the extent that these costs are not covered
by sales revenue. New businesses often generate a negative cash
flow. We estimate that the amount given will be sufficient to cover
on-going expenses for the start-up phase of the business, which
we calculate to be 3 months. This is only an estimate, however,
and there is no assurance that additional working capital will not
be necessary during the start-up phase or after.
