Warranty Support

Maestro instruments are built from the finest materials through Maestro exclusive handcrafting techniques in our humidity-controlled workshop. However, due to the nature of the instrument, proper care and maintenance should be observed to ensure instrument life. Owners are advised to read and practice proper care as stated in our Care and Feeding Guide.

Modifications

Minor modifications can be done in your instrument through your Maestro Authorized Dealers such as installation or changing of pickup system, changing of removable parts like nut and saddle, bridge pins, strap pins, fret wire, and machine heads. Please bear in mind that Maestro does not warrant unwanted effects of such modifications and unauthorized modifications will void the warranty of your instrument. It is best to consult us prior modification so we can recommend what is best for your instrument.

Servicing

To maintain your instrument in its top condition, we recommend that you send it for servicing to your Maestro Authorized Dealer at least every six months.

Repair

If you are experiencing any problem with your instrument, please send it to the nearest Maestro Authorized Dealer so proper steps can be taken. Please take note that unauthorized repair may void the warranty of your instrument. Our Authorized Dealers are equipped to do minor repairs to ensure that your instrument is in working condition. For cases that are not covered by warranty, our dealers have the right to charge labor and parts. In cases that the repair needed is beyond the capability of our Dealer, we recommend that owners send their instrument to Maestro Guitars through our Dealers. Owners can also liaise directly with Maestro Guitars prior sending the instrument to establish the necessity to send it our workshop. All shipping, insurance, and custom charges are to be covered by the owner of the instrument.

How to make a warranty claim:

Please contact Maestro™ directly stating detailed description of your claim and the serial number of your instrument to obtain a repair authorization number. Once that number has been issued, please send the instrument to Maestro™ along with your proof of original ownership (such as a copy of the sales invoice, receipt or credit card receipt), and the name, address, and phone number of the original purchaser to whom the instrument is to be returned. Maestro™ will review the claim and make any necessary repairs covered under the warranty. Please take note that additional charges may apply if works and parts are not covered by the warranty. Owners will be notified if there are any additional charges prior servicing. Singaporean customers can drop their instruments at any of our retail stores in Singapore for warranty support/modifications.

IMPORTANT: DO NOT SHIP your guitar to any service centre or to Maestro without a Return Authorization. ALL shipping and insurance charges are your responsibility. No collect shipments will be accepted. We do not accept walk-in repairs at our technical department.
