Payment and Shipping

1. If you are interested with the product posted, please send an email to ask@maestroguitars.com with subject model name of guitar e.g. Singa MR CSB A.
2. Payment instructions will be forwarded to you. Payment will be via Paypal or Interbank Transfer.
3. Instrument will be shipped through EMS Speedpost (estimated shipping time 2-4 days) and shipped in a hardcase with box.
4. If buyer prefers product to be shipped through other service provider, buyer will shoulder all shipping costs.
5. All custom duties and taxes are of buyer’s responsibility.
6. Before packing, instrument is checked and setup according to our factory standards.
7. Instrument is covered by Maestro’s Limited Lifetime Warranty.
8. All goods sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
